METHOD AND COST OF DELIVERY
The purchased goods are delivered to the address indicated at checkout, using one of the delivery methods you selected.
The aminox.eu online store provides several delivery methods:
Free delivery in Estonia – a service provided by the store in case the purchase amount is equal to or exceeds 99€.
Free delivery in Finland – a service provided by the store in case the purchase amount is equal to or exceeds 149€.
SmartPost postal machine – from 3,99€
At the moment, there are more than 62 service points that operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To receive the parcel, you will need to enter the code received in the SMS message from SmartPost on the touch screen of the machine.
Delivery to Saaremaa for a day longer than on the mainland.
Delivery to Hiiumaa once every 3 days.
Storage of the parcel in the machine for up to 7 days.
Omniva postal machine – from 3,99€
At the moment, there are more than 45 service points that operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To receive the parcel, you will need to enter the code received in the SMS message from Omniva on the touch screen of the machine.
Postal machine SmartPost Finland – from 8€
Upon receipt of the goods from the Omniva and SmartPost postal machines, we recommend that you inspect the packaging and, in case of external damage, report the damage immediately by firstname.lastname@example.org, or by contact number +372 58 797 000.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Goods in stock are delivered within 1-5 days within Estonia and Finland.
In the event that the goods you ordered are not in stock and must be ordered from the supplier, therefore delivery is not possible by the specified time, as well as in other cases where timely delivery of goods is not possible for reasons beyond the control of PETLINE OÜ, we will notify you of the delay by the contact phone number specified in the order or by e-mail within 2 days from the entry into force of the contract of sale, and also indicate the new delivery time for the ordered goods.
If, due to the extension of the delivery period, you are no longer interested in the purchase, you have the right to cancel the order, and the amount you paid (including shipping costs) will be returned to you.
The seller is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of goods if it is caused by inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect data provided by the client when placing the order.
