The client has the right to withdraw from a completed purchase within 14 days from the date of transfer of the order to the client, informing the seller in writing about this, indicating the reason for the return of the goods.
In case of withdrawal from the transaction, the client is obliged to return the purchased goods to the seller within 14 days from the date of notification of the seller of his desire to withdraw from the transaction. All costs associated with the return of the goods, as well as the amount for the initial delivery paid by the online store, are paid by the client (except for cases of return of goods with defects).
After receiving the goods back, the seller undertakes to return to the customer all the money paid for the goods, including the costs paid by the client for the delivery of goods from the store, to the same current account from which the payment was made within 14 days.
To exercise the right to return the goods and withdraw from the transaction, the client must carefully open the packaging of the goods and return the goods along with the packaging. When returning the goods extracted from the packaging, the principle of rationality applies. Non-refundable goods whose packaging cannot be restored in the form in which it was purchased.
Returned item must not be used. The goods are accepted back or exchanged only if the packaging is not broken.
