We deliver within Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, and across Europe.

Delivery usually takes 1–12 business days depending on the country.

You can return unopened products within 14 days. Return costs are covered by you, unless it’s our mistake.

Terms & Conditions
The online store AMINOX.EU (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is owned by Petline OÜ (registration code 12565606), located at Peterburi tee 81, 13816 Tallinn, Estonia.
Validity of the Sales Contract, Product and Price Information
These terms of sale apply to all purchases made through the Online Store.
Product prices are shown next to each item in euros (€).
Prices do not include delivery fees. Shipping costs depend on the buyer’s location and delivery method and are displayed at checkout.
Product information is provided on the Online Store directly next to the product.
Forming the Order
To order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill in the required information and select the preferred delivery method.
The total amount, including delivery, will then be displayed.

Payments are securely processed via Montonio Finance UAB (montonio.com). The Online Store does not have access to customer bank or card details.
The sales contract enters into force once the payment has been received.
Petline OÜ, as the data controller, transmits the personal data required for payment to Montonio Finance UAB.
If ordered goods cannot be delivered (out of stock or other reason), the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the amount paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded within 14 days.
Delivery
Goods are shipped to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden and other European countries.

Delivery times:

Estonia: 1–3 business days

In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 30 days.
Right of Withdrawal
Buyers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Only unused, unopened and undamaged products in original packaging are eligible for return.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to test its nature, characteristics and functioning (as in a physical store), the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund amount based on the reduced value of the product.
Return procedure:
The buyer must notify the Online Store within 14 days by email: info [at] petline.ee.
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice or provide proof of handing them to a carrier.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the return is due to an error of the Online Store (wrong or defective product).
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
If the buyer chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard option, the Online Store is not obliged to refund the extra cost.
The Online Store reserves the right to withdraw from the sale if the listed product price was significantly below the market price due to an error.
Claims and Warranty
The Online Store is responsible for goods that do not comply with the terms of the contract and defects that existed at the time of delivery, if they appear within two years from delivery.
Within the first year, defects are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise.
If a defect is found, the buyer must notify the Online Store within two months by email: info [at] petline.ee or phone: +372 5200 296.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occur after delivery.
In case of a defect, the Online Store will repair or replace the product. If that is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
The Online Store responds to complaints within 15 days.
Marketing and Personal Data
Personal data is used only for processing orders and delivering goods.
Data is shared with logistics companies for delivery and with payment providers for payment processing.
Newsletters and promotional offers are sent only if the buyer has subscribed.
The buyer can unsubscribe at any time by email or via the link in the newsletter.
Dispute Resolution
Complaints must be sent by email to info [at] petline.ee or by phone: +372 5200 296.
If disputes cannot be resolved by agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee or use the European Union online dispute resolution platform.
